The Fountain Fall Festival BBQ Supper and Dance is tonight at 212 N. Santa Fe, in Fountain Colorado. The Barbecue Dinner runs from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, come out and eat some tasty BBQ. Adult dinners are $5.00 and Children eat for $3.00. The DJ & Dance will start after dinner from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The annual Fountain Fall Festival BBQ Supper & Dance are sponsored by the Fountain Fire Department.
Dollars for Scholars Pancake Breakfast is on Monday at Fountain Middle School in the gym located at 515 N. Santa Fe. Breakfast includes pancakes, eggs and bacon plus orange juice or coffee. This is a good time to visit with your neighbors and meet newcomers to the area. Breakfast if served from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Adult Breakfast is $5.00 and Children Under 11 eat for $3.00. The event is sponsored by the Citizen’s Scholarship Foundation providing scholarships to students in the Fountain Valley who attend Fountain-Ft. Carson High School, Mesa Ridge High School and Widefield High School.
The Fountain Fall Festival parade starts at 10:00 am, this years theme is Hollywood Movies. See local high school bands, floats, horses and clowns. The Fountain Fall Festival Parade line up starts at 9:00 am between the Methodist Church and Fountain Middle School. The parade runs along Santa Fe Ave on Hwy 85/87 up to Illinois and down Main street by City Hall. Bring your chairs, sunscreen, umbrella and plenty of water. After the parade head off to Metcalfe Park where there will be crafts, food and entertainment for the whole family.
