Weather Alert for El Paso County. Roads are slick and temperatures are only 7° in Colorado Springs. Many schools have a two hour delay. Several schools are closed including Banning Lewis Ranch Academy, D38 Lewis-Palmer, D49 Falcon and Frontier Charter Academy. All military bases have a two hour delay.
