FOUNTAIN, CO: Fountain’s kids have a lot to be excited about, as the City of Fountain completed installation of new, fully accessible playground equipment at Fountain Mesa Park. The new equipment is available for ages 2-12 and up, and includes play features that ensure all of Fountain’s children have the opportunity to play, explore, learn and exercise!
At a Ribbon Cutting hosted by the Fountain Parks Department and attended by several members of the City Council, Fountain Parks Board and excited parents and kids, Councilmember Tamara Estes summed it up perfectly, “Behind me is our newest addition to our Parks – New, fully accessible playground equipment, ready to be enjoyed by Fountain’s children. Four years in the making, this is a project that I know will bring enjoyment, learning, good health and laughter to so many in Fountain.”
The park equipment is now fully open. Fountain Mesa Park is located in the north end of Fountain, off of Fortman Ave. Questions about Fountains Parks? Call the Parks Department at (719) 322-2068.

FVTimes.com was started by me, Liz Alexander with Pink Realty. Yes, I'm in real estate. I think real estate is so much more than buying and selling homes. It's all about the lifestyle, it's about community. Here in the Fountain, Widefield, Security and Southern Colorado Springs area we have such a wonderful sense of community. I wanted a place that best reflects the people, the places and the lifestyle we call home. FountainValaleyTimes.com is that place. We want to share what makes this community of ours so special.
