The Fountain Fall Festival is held every Labor Day weekend and has become bigger every year. The FFF starts on Saturday, September 3, 2011 with the 5K Run for the Fallen. The event continues on Sunday evening with the local Fire Department’s BBQ Dinner and Dance Fund Raiser. On Monday, Labor Day, the Dollars for Scholars Breakfast will be held, followed by the FFF Parade and activities at Metcalf Park. The activities at the park include live entertainment in the gazebo, food and crafts booths, and activities for the children. There is also a Tractor Pull located in another area of the Park. A great weekend that enables you to stay close to home and the event has something for everyone.

FVTimes.com was started by me, Liz Alexander with Pink Realty. Yes, I'm in real estate. I think real estate is so much more than buying and selling homes. It's all about the lifestyle, it's about community. Here in the Fountain, Widefield, Security and Southern Colorado Springs area we have such a wonderful sense of community. I wanted a place that best reflects the people, the places and the lifestyle we call home. FountainValaleyTimes.com is that place. We want to share what makes this community of ours so special.
