Join us to learn everything you need to begin cast-iron cooking, whether in the kitchen or at the campsite. You will learn curing, cleaning, care and maintenance of cast-iron and will prepare and taste 3 dishes over a campfire to show the versatility of this style of cooking. $8 per member, $10 per non member.
