Learn everything you need to begin cast iron cooking, whether in the kitchen or at the campsite. You will learn curing, cleaning, care and maintenance of cast iron and will prepare and taste 3 dishes over a campfire to show the versatility of this style of cooking.
Fee: $10 per member; $12 per non member.
