Kids will be out of school this week so we wanted to remind everyone of the City of Fountain curfew times and park hours. City of Fountain curfew information for those under 18 years old:
Sunday – Thursday 10:00 PM
Friday & Saturday 12:00 AM
During curfew hours juveniles are not allowed to:
- be out walking the streets
- be away from their home
- hang out at a business, restaurant, parking lot, etc.
The following are exceptions:
- travel to and from work
- travel to and from school
- travel to and from activities
- emergency circumstances
City of Fountain park hour’s information:
- All parks, except Metcalfe, are closed from dusk until dawn
- Metcalfe Park closes at 11:00 PM until 5:30 AM
- All lights are turned off at Metcalfe Park at 11:00 PM
