Description:

Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to premier medical, dental and behavioral health services for people of all ages. We provide primary care services to low-income, uninsured and underinsured working families (as well as others with access barriers) within the Pikes Peak Region through 18 outpatient centers.

Fountain Family Health Center

The Family Health Center at Fountain offers primary medical, dental and behavioral health care.  The center offers preventative routine exams, on going primary care and follow up for chronic health conditions.

“Kids Care” Walk-In Hour: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m., except for the 2nd Tuesday
Kids up to 18 years old are seen on a first-come, first-serve basis for asthma exacerbations, sore throat, eye infections, nausea, fever, vomiting and coughing.
