The Colorado Springs Parade of Homes offers the general public a first-hand look at the current trends and greatest innovations in new home design. This 17-day event showcases the latest design trends in affordable living to luxury dream homes complete with every amenity imaginable.

Each home is professionally judged for a multitude of features including landscaping, floor plan, architectural exterior, interior decorating etc. and every year the HBA includes the People’s Choice Award.  The People’s Choice Award is voted on by those who attend the Parade and is the most coveted award by the builders.  The People’s Choice awards, as well as other awards, are broken out into categories divided by price points.

Tickets are available for sale at all area Safeway Stores or any of the Parade Homes.

Fee:  $10 for adults and for seniors, 18 and older.  Kids 17 and younger are free.
