Jake R. Williams, DDS of Colorado Springs, CO recently received the American Academy of Implant Dentistry’s (AAID) Dental Student Award which honors undergraduate dental students who demonstrate an academic and clinical interest in implant dentistry.

Dr. R. Williams graduated this year from the Creighton University and was selected by the faculty to receive the AAID award. In addition to a Certificate of Recognition, Dr. R. Williams received a year’s membership in the AAID and a complimentary registration at the 2012 AAID Annual Meeting which will be held in Orlando, FL, November 5-8, 2014.

Dr. Williams has joined the popular practices of Fountain Modern Dentistry in Fountain, Colorado and Pueblo Modern Dentistry in Pueblo, Colorado. Dr. Williams described his passion for implant dentistry by saying, “I love all areas of dentistry, but helping people chew and look naturally with implants are my areas of expertise and my passion. Many patients of mine come to me after years of not being able to smile or look their friends and coworkers in the eye because they have lost teeth and no longer have confidence in their appearance.
