The Colorado Springs Parade of Homes starts on Friday, August 16th and runs through September 1, 2013.  During the Parade of Homes the general public gets a first-hand look at the current trends in new home design. This event showcases the latest design trends in affordable living to luxury dream homes.

Each home is professionally judged for its floor plan, architectural exterior, interior decorating, landscaping etc. and every year the HBA includes the People’s Choice Award.
Builders in the Colorado Springs Parade of Home also compete for the People’s Choice Award.  Those who attend the Parade of Homes vote on a variety of categories divided by price points.  Make sure to vote and let the builders know what homes you liked best.

Parade Dates: August 16-September 1, 2013

The Parade was originally scheduled to start August 2, 103 but due to the evacuations during the Black Forest fire, the Parade was moved to August 16, 2013.

Tickets:  $10 for adults and seniors,  Kids 17 and younger are free
