Fountain, Colorado – The Fountain Police Department received several tips this morning relaying the possible whereabouts of Robert Wesley Fortner Jr on outstanding warrants for the charges of Retaliation Against a Witness, Obstructing Justice, and… Menacing.
At approximately 1130 this morning, Mr. Fortner was apprehended by the Colorado Springs Police in Colorado Springs, CO. Mr. Fortner was booked into the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center without incident.
The Fountain Police Department would like to thank all concerned citizens for their calls and information.
