Tevin Donnell Signs National Letter of Intent

PUEBLO, Colo. – The Colorado State University-Pueblo football program announced the signing of 30 student-athletes to National Letters of Intent Wednesday on National Signing Day including Tevin Donnell from Fountain-Fort Carson High School.

Twenty-eight incoming freshmen and two transfers already enrolled at CSU-Pueblo signed with the 2014 NCAA Division II National Champions. The class is made up of 16 offensive players, 12 defensive players, a kicker and running back/linebacker. Twenty-six of the signees hail from Colorado, including six from Pueblo. Two incoming athletes are from Florida, one is from Washington and a transfer joins the Pack from California.
All signees are contingent upon admission to CSU-Pueblo and compliance with NCAA rules, including certification by the NCAA Eligibility Center.

Galivan CC/Pioneer High School: Three-year starter at Pioneer High School … helped lead Pioneer to a section championship and several playoff appearances … completed 70-of-118 passes for 1,024 yards and seven touchdowns as a senior … participated in the Literacy Classic All-Star Game along with the Santa Clara County Wedemeyer All-Star Game … at Galivan, completed 127-of-225 passes for 1,849 yards, 16 touchdowns and seven interceptions during the 2014 season.

Connor Orgill / WR / 6-4 / 195 / Parker, Colo. / Legend HS / South Dakota State
South Dakota State/Legend High School: Earned all-conference honors in football three times at Legend High School … finished his senior season with 15 receptions for 274 yards and five touchdowns, while adding 311 rushing yards — an average of more than 16 yards per carry — and three touchdowns … received all-league recognition in baseball and basketball, and also competed in track and field…While at South Dakota State he redshirted his freshman year in 2013 and appeared in only one game last year for the Jackrabbits…Was coached by John Stiegelmeier while at SDSU.

Prairie View High School: Named first-team all-conference three times in the Eastern Metro Athletic Conference … two-time all-state as a football player for the ThunderHawks … recorded 12.5 sacks, 84 tackles (62 solo) and two fumble recoveries in 10 games as a senior … registered a season-high 3.5 sacks against Montebello High School … finished with 29 sacks in his high school career … accounted for 19 tackles-for-a-loss … coached by Todd Riccio.
