COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Trails on the south side of JL Ranch Heights Road at Cheyenne Mountain State Park will be closed Saturday Jan. 10, to all users, while the Pikes Peak Road Runner Race takes place. The remaining trails north of JL Ranch Heights Road at the park will be open and the closed trails will reopen midafternoon.
