Planned Parenthood Shooting in Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs responded to a shooting at the Planned Parenthood located off Centennial Blvd  on Friday, November 27th about 11:00 am.  The Colorado Springs Police Department reported three fatalities, two civilians and once police officer.  Nine people were reported injured including four civilians and five officers were shot during the incident.

Police officer,  Garrett Swasey who responded in support of the Colorado Springs Police was killed at the Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood building in the line of duty.

Police arrested the shooter and confirmed his identity at Robert L. Dear from Hartsel, Colorado.  Police do not  have a motive at this time.

Please pray for those who have been injured that they fully recover and for the families of those who died.
