The Parade of Homes is back in Colorado Springs from September 8th to September 24th. The homes will be open to view from 10AM to 6 PM, note they are closed on Monday’s and Tuesday’s. There are thirty five homes this year ranging from $356,000 up to J. McLemore Custom Home prices at $4,405,000.

This is a great time to see home decorating trends, paint colors, flooring, bathroom and kitchen ideas.

TICKET INFO

Tickets can be purchased online. Tickets are $17 each for ages 16 and older. Kids 15 and younger are free.

Attendees will be able to vote online for the 2023 People’s Choice Award in each category. You will need your ticket number and secret registration code to vote.

Tickets are nonrefundable.

You can tour a Parade home as many times as you would like during Parade hours. Your electronic ticket will be required each time you tour a home.
