A community meeting about construction on Marksheffel Road will be held on July 11, 2013 from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm at Restoration Church located at 9355 Peaceful Valley Rd. Plans are to make Marksheffel a four lane road. The project limits extend from US 24 to Link Road, just south of the future connection of Mesa Ridge Parkway with Marksheffel Road.
This study is being led by El Paso County in collaboration with the City of Colorado Springs, City of Fountain, CDOT and Peterson AFB.
