Manitou Incline Trail Volunteer Workdays

Manitou Incline Trail Volunteer Workdays

Colorado Springs, CO – Are you having Incline Withdrawal?  Then come on up and help with the facelift!  The City of Colorado Springs has teamed up with the Incline Friends, the City of Manitou Springs, Friends of the Peak, REI, Rocky Mountain Field Institute, the Trails and Open Space Coalition, and YOU!  Although we will not be on the Incline, you’ll be close enough to taste it as we work to repair the area between the top of the Incline and Barr Trail.

Over the years this area has suffered greatly from heavy use, and upcoming repairs will restore the area so it can return to its natural state. Work during the volunteer projects will include closing existing social trails and building a new sustainable trail.

Don’t be left in the dark – volunteer to help create a more sustainable Incline.
