The Falcon Wanderers Volksmarch Club is hosting a 5 kilometer (3.1 miles) and a 10 kilometer (6.2 miles) volksmarch (non-competitive walking event) on Saturday, October 10th. The start/finish location for the walk is at Widefield Community Center’s Park Pavilion, 705 Aspen Drive, Security, CO 80911. You may start anytime between 9AM and Noon and finish by 3PM.
The trails are rated 2A. The trails are mainly on city streets, sidewalks, and footpaths. Strollers can complete the courses. Wheelchairs can complete the courses with difficulty. Leashed pets are welcome. This event is FREE and open to the public.
