Birds are already on the move and migration is in full swing. Migration in the fall is more spread out than spring migration, with surprises possible around every corner.
Highlights will include tips on identifying different species and learning about behavior and habitat needs. At Pinello Ranch, we are working to manage the ranch for agriculture and wildlife. We are also continuing our bird banding project so please make sure to check out the dates that feature a bird banding demonstration on Sept 27!
Pre-registration is required. Group size will be limited to 15.
Cost: $9/adult, $7/student, $5/children (children 5 and under are free)

Special Notes: Please bring binoculars and bird identification books (some accommodations are possible with advance notice). The walking will be moderate but please plan on trail hiking.
