Colorado Springs, CO – On Monday, June 9th the El Paso County Department of Human Services (DHS) Office located at the Loraine Center in Fountain will move into Peak Vista’s new Health Center in Fountain located at 350 Lyckman Drive, Fountain, Colorado 80817.
Due to the move the office will be closed on June 9th from 8am – 1pm.
The regular office hours at that location are Monday – Friday from 8am – 4:30pm. There is a drop box available for after hours that is picked up the next business day.
The Fountain Office has historically seen about 860 clients per month. “It is of major importance to us that services are readily available and accessible to all the members of our community,” said Dennis Hisey, Chair of the Board of County Commissioners. “This partnership with Peak Vista ensures that needed resources are available in southern El Paso County and will be for years to come.”
The Department of Human Services also has a satellite office in Calhan located at 328 10th Street
Calhan, CO 80808. The Calhan office is open from 10am – 4pm on Wednesdays.
