The Falcon Wanderers Volksmarch Club and Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center invite you to our Earth Day volksmarch on Saturday, April 16th in Colorado Springs. Come join us for an invigorating walk in this beautiful park.  The walk will start at the Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center, 1805 N 30th St.  Please park in the Rockledge Ranch parking area and walk to the visitor center.  The 5K (3.1 miles) route is rated 2B and the 10K (6.2 miles) route is rated 3B. Jogging strollers can complete the courses with some difficulty, but wheelchairs are not recommended.  The elevation is 5,980 ft. This event is free and open to the public.  Register to walk any time between 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, and walk at your own pace, but please finish by 3:30 pm.  Leashed pets are welcome on the trail, but please, no pets inside the Visitor Center building.
