The annual Colorado Springs Parade of Homes will be from September 11 through Sunday, September 27, 200. Homes are opens from 10 am to 6 pm and are closed on Monday and Tuesday.

General Admission Tickets

Tickets are $17 for ages 16 and older.  Kids 15 and younger are free.

Parade homeowners have graciously opened their doors to the general public for this event. To ensure the Parade of Homes experience is enjoyable for all, please follow these basic guidelines:

• ​Large bags, purses and backpacks are not permitted in the homes.
• Children are urged not to attend; homes are not child-proof.
• Observe all parking signage and take care not to block neighboring driveways.
• Honor each builder’s guidelines for shoe removal and shoe coverings.
• No smoking, vaping, eating or drinking in or around the homes.
• Respect all furnishings and off-limit areas, as all homes are private property.
• Use only the outside restrooms if provided.

Additionally the following COVID-19 Guidelines will be in place at all Parade homes;

• Masks are required at all homes
• Maintain social distancing
• Do not enter the homes if your are sick or exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19
• Follow the path through home laid out by the builder
• Please limit your touches when inside the home
• Hand sanitizing stations will be availalbe at the entrance of each home.

We encourage you to interact with the builder ambassadors at each home – they are there to answer your questions. You can also find a variety of resources regarding architects, landscapers, interior designers and more in each of the homes.
