Clean and Green Grants are available to qualifying Fountain Valley residents. The program provides low to moderate income homeowners one time grants up to $1,000 for minor exterior home repairs, energy efficiency improvements and landscaping projects.  Funds are available for repair or replacement of doors, windows, roof, gutters, downspouts, exterior painting, trimming trees and wheelchair ramps.

The City of Fountain has $25,000 in grant money to assist homeowners for exterior projects and Widefield and Security have $10,000 in grant funds available.  Homeowners must be low to moderate income to qualify and may receive up to $1,000 in reimbursements.

Applications for Fountain homeowners will be available on Thursday August 22, 2013 at Fountain City Hall located at 116 Main Street, Fountain, Colorado.  Applications for Widefield and Security are available on Friday, August 23, 2013 and can be picked up at the Security Public Library at 715 Aspen Drive in Security, Colorado.
