Volunteer attorneys from the El Paso County Bar Association answer legal questions from the public, in person at no charge on the 2nd Saturday of each month at the Citadel Mall, adjacent to the upper level foor court area from 10:00 a.m. to noon. “Ask A Lawyer” is completely confidential!
