This year marks the 15th Annual McDonald’s All American Girls Game. More than 700 high school basketball players nationwide were nominated and 24 female athletes were chosen, including Ms. Kylee Shook of Mesa Ridge High School in Colorado Springs, to compete in the 2016 McDonald’s All American Games, which will take place in Chicago on March 30th.
To help send Kylee off and wish her luck on her journey during the Games, McDonald’s will be holding a special send off event for Ms. Shook, her teammates, coaches and staff on Tuesday March 15 from 5:00 to 6:oo pm at McDonald’s located at 6950 Mesa Ridge Parkway in Fountain, Colorado. McDonald’s will be providing dinner and cake for everyone in attendance. Fountain’s Mayor Ortega and a representative from the City of Colorado Springs will also be in attendance to help send Kylee off on this amazing journey.

FVTimes.com was started by me, Liz Alexander with Pink Realty. Yes, I'm in real estate. I think real estate is so much more than buying and selling homes. It's all about the lifestyle, it's about community. Here in the Fountain, Widefield, Security and Southern Colorado Springs area we have such a wonderful sense of community. I wanted a place that best reflects the people, the places and the lifestyle we call home. FountainValaleyTimes.com is that place. We want to share what makes this community of ours so special.
