Welcome to the Fountain Valley in Colorado.  The Fountain Valley includes the cities of Fountain, Security, Widefield and southeast area of Colorado Springs in El Paso County.  The Fountain Valley is located just north of the city of Colorado Springs and just east of Fort Carson. 

One of the Valley’s greatest amenities is the Fountain Creek Nature Center located at 320 Pepper Grass Lane in Fountain, CO.  The Fountain Creek Nature Center is a wildlife preserve with wetlands that support area wildlife.  Just north of the Nature Center are the Willow Springs Ponds  where locals enjoy fishing and kids enjoy the annual Fishing Derby.   The Fountain Creek Regional Park has basketball courts, gazebos, picnic tables and trails.  The Fountain Creek Regional Trail has walking trails that are also handicap accessible and allows horseack riding.
