Do you have old computers, laptops, printers and other electronics you no longer need?
The Better Business Bureau, in partnership with Ent, Blue Star Recyclers, Navakai and Fox 21, is sponsoring free electronics recycling events next month. The business event will take place on Friday, February 27 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., and the event for individuals will be on Saturday, February 28 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Both events will be held in the parking lot adjacent to our Woodmen Service Center in Colorado Springs.
As part of recycling this equipment, hard drives and other data storage devices will be shredded in order to safeguard any sensitive business or personal data they may contain. Computer monitors and televisions will also be accepted; however, there will be a fee of $1 per diagonal screen inch to cover the glass recycling cost.

FVTimes.com was started by me, Liz Alexander with Pink Realty. Yes, I'm in real estate. I think real estate is so much more than buying and selling homes. It's all about the lifestyle, it's about community. Here in the Fountain, Widefield, Security and Southern Colorado Springs area we have such a wonderful sense of community. I wanted a place that best reflects the people, the places and the lifestyle we call home. FountainValaleyTimes.com is that place. We want to share what makes this community of ours so special.
