Jolly Santa and his elves have been working since the day after Christmas to build the new “Santa’s Sleigh Ride”: a Soaring Eagle Zip Line, complete with a custom sleigh. Seated side-by-side, riders can experience the same thrill Santa does each Christmas Eve, as he soars over rooftops. The e zip line pulls you up and back at 30 miles per hour for 503 feet — stretching 97 feet from the ground to the top — before launching for the return ride at the same speed.
The Sleigh Ride has been popular for children and adults of all ages. Riders must be at least 42 inches tall (the average height of a 5-year-old). Two people may ride at one time, and the combined weight limit is 450 lbs. Someone at least 16 years of age must accompany children on the ride.

FVTimes.com was started by me, Liz Alexander with Pink Realty. Yes, I'm in real estate. I think real estate is so much more than buying and selling homes. It's all about the lifestyle, it's about community. Here in the Fountain, Widefield, Security and Southern Colorado Springs area we have such a wonderful sense of community. I wanted a place that best reflects the people, the places and the lifestyle we call home. FountainValaleyTimes.com is that place. We want to share what makes this community of ours so special. You can find all my posts
